We have 4 rooms, all with luxurious en suites plus 2 additional bedrooms with shared bathroom.
Because of the sheer size of our rooms, accommodation is flexible, simply tell us what you want; Double, Family, Adjoining or Single, oh by the way we do not charge extra for single occupancy, why should we?

We can book local Golf courses on your behalf or why not try the Award Winning 3 or 5 day Freedom of the Fairways pass. This pass will allow you to see and play at 14 participating courses in around the Scottish Borders. For Anglers we can arrange daily or yearly fishing permits (Fishing permits currently £12 daily £45 per annum, no rod licence required)
