Arrival Time
So we can gurantee a warm welcome please let us know your expected arrival time. Your room will be ready from 3:00pm although earlier arrivals will be accommodated were possible..

Day of departure
Please vacate your room by 11:00am (12 noon on Sunday).
Booking - A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before a booking can be confirmed (cheques only please).

Cancellation
We hope you don't have to but if you do we require 10 days notice and if cancelled after this time, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee (unless the room can be resold).

Changes
Outside the 10 days notice if you wish to change the dates of your stay will be glad to accommodate you.

Our home has a no smoking policy and is pet free.
